The Story Behind T.B.L
Transforming Better Lifestyles was created from lived experience, not theory.
For years, I struggled with my own weight, confidence, and consistency. I knew what I should be doing, but like many people, I found it hard to stay on track, stay accountable, and maintain results long-term. Diets felt restrictive, motivation came and went, and every restart felt harder than the last.
In May 2025, I made a decision to change, not just physically, but mentally. I stopped chasing quick fixes and instead focused on building sustainable habits around food, training, and daily movement. Through consistency, structure, and accountability, I transformed my lifestyle and lost over 100lbs, while still enjoying foods I love and fitting fitness into real life.
That journey is the foundation of Transforming Better Lifestyles.
I created TBL to help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated with fitness, people who want results but also want a life they can enjoy. My coaching is built around realistic calorie targets, manageable step goals, structured training, and ongoing 1-to-1 support. No extremes. No guilt. No all-or-nothing mindset.
I don’t believe in perfection, I believe in progress.
